Free Shipping Offer

ACRE is pleased to offer free shipping within Australia on all full priced product orders over $150AUD*. Oversized* items are exempt from this offer.

*Oversized items are labelled due to the fragile nature, weight and size of select products. Shipping is calculated on dimensions, weight and location and therefore Oversized items are not eligible for the free shipping offer for full-priced products over $150AUD.

Flat Shipping Rates

  • Orders valued between $1-$149, flat rate of $15 postage per order (excluding Oversized items)
  • Oversized orders, flat rate of $50 shipping cost per item

Australian Shipping

All ACRE orders are shipped using various trusted Australian courier services to ensure speedy delivery at the lowest price available.

Orders are shipped within 1 business day of receipt. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.

Estimated shipping times from time of dispatch in business days are as follows (based on delivery times to the major metro area in each Australian state or territory):

  • Melbourne: 1-3 business days
  • Sydney: 1-3 business days
  • Adelaide: 1-3 business days
  • Canberra: 2-3 business days
  • Brisbane: 2-6 business days
  • Perth: 5-6 business days
  • Hobart: 3-4 business days
  • Darwin: 5-7 business days

If you require alternative shipping options, please contact ACRE direct at hello@acreinteriors.com.au, and we will try our very best to suit your timings.

If you are unable to be at your place of residence from Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm, it is recommended to provide an alternative daytime delivery address to avoid any inconveniences associated with courier re-delivery. Please note: Orders returned to ACRE due to incorrect address, or failure to contact courier after delivery attempt, will incur a re-shipping and re-delivery fee.

International Shipping

We're very happy to send orders internationally. However, due to the fragile nature and dimensions of some ACRE products, we'll need you to send us an email so that we can make sure we can get safely to its destination and quote you with a shipping rate. 

Our Delivery Promise To You

We pride ourselves on our ability to deliver ACRE product quickly and efficiently. If your order is not delivered on your preferred delivery date, we are unable to cancel your order or credit your transaction.

For all orders delivered to an Australian address, we guarantee your ACRE gift will be sent within 1 business day

Returns & Refunds

Can I return items?

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your ACRE your product purchase, you can return your un-opened, unused full-size product(s) in its original condition to ACRE within 14 days of the date of delivery for a full refund upon pre-approval from ACRE. ACRE will not refund any opened, used, discounted, clearance or sales products or where you have changed your mind. The customer will be responsible for return postage charges. Please email hello@acreinteriors.com.au to organise product returns.

My items was damaged in delivery, can I return it?

Yes, you can return damaged items. All products are checked for quality before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen, you can return the damaged items and we will re-send the product and pay for the return and additional postage charges. In the case where the product is sold out we will offer a full refund.

Who do I contact to arrange a return?

If you intend to seek a refund, replacement or exchange, you must email us at hello@acreinteriors.com.au to obtain prior approval. Please include the order number and reason for the return.

Please include a completed Returns Form within the return delivery. Each order is dispatched with a Returns Form included, however it can be downloaded here.

What is the returns process?

  1. Contact ACRE to outline your intention to return your product(s) and obtain prior approval within 14 days of receiving your order (hello@acreinteriors.com.au)
  2. Once approved, complete the ACRE Returns Form and include in the parcel intended for return. Please note: The pre-printed postage label found at the bottom of the Returns Form can be attached to your parcel, but please note that this is not postage paid.
  3. Book return shipping, ensuring that your chosen delivery service provides you with a tracking number. We recommend using Couriers Please, or Australia Post. Please note: You must retain proof of postage until the refund has been processed.
